I have been travelling the world since I was in my early twenties and for the last two decades the focus has been purely on finding great places to eat. I don’t just mean great, I mean truly world class places to eat. That doesn’t necessarily have to mean a three Michelin star temple of gastronomy in Paris, it can and does also mean a taco on the side of the road in Mexico or a grilled turbot sat on a beach in the North of England. My passion in life is to track down truly wonderful places to dine, and now I want to share these great restaurants with you. After all, isn’t sharing a meal with friends one of life’s truly great pleasures. My eatineraries will not only include the obvious, but also my hidden gems that I have found while dining in hundreds of restaurants each year. Friendships built over many years with some of the world’s best chefs mean that I can open the doors to some of these ímpossible to book´ tables and invite you in with me to break bread and hopefully meet and make friends with other likeminded diners.
