We visit Plénitude in Paris, Chef Arnaud Donckele’s breathtaking three-Michelin-starred temple to the sauce inside the LVMH-owned Cheval Blanc; Le Doyenné, the farm-restaurant set within the grounds of the Château de Saint-Vrain, where two Australian chefs grow almost everything they cook; Bozar in Brussels, where chef Karen Torosyan’s legendary pâté en croûte has made him one of Europe’s most revered craftsmen, recognised with two Michelin Stars; Eliane, the intimate 8-seat counter where the one-Michelin-starred Kobe Desramaults has once again electrified a city with his most personal project yet (we will buy our the counter just for our group); Restaurant Willem Hiele, where the self-styled Viking chef holds one Michelin Star and cooks the North Sea in a brutalist former villa surrounded by Flemish polders; and a private lunch at Bistro Bruut, one of the most beloved and soulful restaurants in Bruges. Throughout, we stay in hotels that match the ambition of the food: Amigo by Rocco Forte in Brussels, The Post 1898 in Ghent, the rooms at Willem Hiele — exclusively ours — Le Doyenné, and Duke’s Palace in Bruges

Brussels — Arrival & Dinner at Bozar

Our journey begins in Brussels.

Guests are invited to arrive at their convenience and check in to Hotel Amigo by Rocco Forte, perfectly positioned in the historic heart of the city just moments from Grand Place.

There will be time to settle in, relax after travelling and perhaps enjoy a wander through the centre before we meet for our first dinner together.

This evening we begin with one of Belgium’s most respected and distinctive restaurants: Bozar.

Set within Brussels’ celebrated Centre for Fine Arts, Bozar is home to chef Karen Torosyan, whose extraordinary pâté en croûte has earned international acclaim and made him one of Europe’s true masters of classic craft. Awarded two Michelin stars, the restaurant combines precision, richness and elegance in a style that feels both deeply rooted and unmistakably contemporary.

Expect bold flavours, exceptional produce and one of the most memorable openings to any Achefabroad journey.

After dinner we return to Hotel Amigo for the evening and prepare for the days ahead.

Private Lunch at Eliane ⭐️ & Evening in Ghent

After breakfast we head to lunch for one of the most intimate and exciting meals of the trip.

We have arranged an exclusive private buyout of the counter at Eliane, chef Kobe Desramaults’ newest and most personal project.

With just eight seats, Eliane has quickly become one of Europe’s most talked-about openings, and for this lunch the entire counter will be ours alone.

Kobe’s cooking has always been difficult to define in the best possible way — creative without ever feeling forced, deeply personal, and rooted in instinct, flavour and exceptional ingredients. Eliane feels intimate, spontaneous and expressive, offering guests a rare chance to experience one of Europe’s most admired chefs at incredibly close quarters.

After lunch we continue by private transfer to The Post 1898 Hotel in Ghent.

Set inside a beautifully restored former post office overlooking the city’s historic centre, The Post is one of Belgium’s most characterful hotels — elegant, atmospheric and perfectly placed for exploring.

The evening is then yours to enjoy at your own pace.

Take time to wander Ghent’s canals and medieval streets, relax in the hotel, or enjoy a drink overlooking the city before another remarkable day awaits tomorrow.

Ghent Walking Tour, Traditional Lunch & Dinner at Willem Hiele ⭐️

This morning we take time to experience one of Belgium’s most beautiful cities.

After breakfast we meet our local guide for a private walking tour through the historic heart of Ghent, exploring the canals, medieval architecture and rich history that make this city one of Europe’s true hidden gems.

Along the way we’ll stop for a relaxed and traditional Belgian lunch — a chance to experience a more casual side of the country’s food culture in the city itself before the evening’s main event.

Later in the afternoon we depart by private transfer for the coast and arrive at Restaurant Willem Hiele.

Set among the Flemish polders in a striking former villa, Willem Hiele is unlike anywhere else on the itinerary. The atmosphere feels raw, creative and deeply connected to the landscape, with the North Sea influencing everything from the surroundings to the cooking itself.

After checking in to the rooms — reserved exclusively for our group — we’ll have time to settle in and enjoy the setting before dinner.

This evening we dine at Restaurant Willem Hiele, where chef Willem Hiele’s bold and highly individual cooking has earned widespread acclaim and one Michelin star.

Expect a deeply personal expression of the North Sea: creative, elemental and unforgettable.

After dinner there is no need to travel anywhere at all — simply enjoy the evening and retreat upstairs for the night.

Private Lunch at Bistro Bruut & Evening in Bruges

After breakfast we depart for Bruges.

This morning we head into one of Europe’s most beautiful and atmospheric cities, where a very special lunch awaits us.

Chef Bruno Timperman is opening Bistro Bruut exclusively for our group on the restaurant’s closed day — a rare opportunity and a wonderful reflection of the warmth and generosity that makes Belgian hospitality so memorable.

Bistro Bruut has become one of Bruges’ most beloved restaurants, celebrated for its soulful cooking, exceptional produce and warm, understated style. For our group, Bruno will prepare a private lunch showcasing his personal take on contemporary Belgian cooking in one of the city’s most admired dining rooms.

After lunch we check in to Dukes’ Palace Bruges.

Set within a former ducal residence in the historic centre, the hotel combines grandeur and comfort beautifully and provides the perfect base for exploring the city.

The evening is then yours to enjoy at your own pace.

Take time to wander Bruges’ canals and cobbled streets, enjoy a drink in one of the city’s historic bars, or simply relax at the hotel

Eurostar to Paris & Overnight at Le Doyenné

After breakfast we depart Bruges and make our way back to Brussels to begin the French chapter of the journey.

From Brussels we board the Eurostar to Paris, where we’ll enjoy lunch onboard as we travel.

It’s a relaxed and comfortable journey and a chance to take in the changing scenery before arriving back in France.

On arrival in Paris we continue by private transfer to Le Doyenné.

Set within the grounds of the beautiful Château de Saint-Vrain, Le Doyenné has quickly become one of the most admired restaurants in France.

Led by chefs James Henry and Shaun Kelly, the restaurant feels deeply connected to the land around it, with vegetables, herbs and produce grown on-site shaping much of what appears on the menu.

After arriving there will be time to settle in and enjoy the peaceful surroundings before dinner.

We also stay overnight here, making this one of the most immersive stops of the trip — a rare opportunity to experience both the restaurant and the estate at a gentler pace and fully enjoy the atmosphere of this remarkable place.

Breakfast at Le Doyenné & Final Dinner at Plénitude ⭐️⭐️⭐️

This morning begins slowly at Le Doyenné.

After breakfast there is time to enjoy a relaxed morning on the estate — taking in the peaceful surroundings, soaking up the final moments in the countryside and easing into the last day of the journey at your own pace.

Late morning we depart for Paris.

On arrival, guests are free to check in to the hotel of their choice.

We have intentionally left accommodation in Paris open for the final night, allowing everyone the freedom to stay in the part of the city they enjoy most and shape the afternoon exactly as they wish.

Whether that means time to relax, a walk through the city, some shopping or simply enjoying Paris at your own pace, the afternoon is yours.

In the evening we come together one final time for the grand finale of the tour:

Plénitude.

Set within Cheval Blanc Paris, chef Arnaud Donckele’s extraordinary three-Michelin-starred restaurant has become one of the most celebrated dining experiences in the world.

A restaurant built around flavour, precision and the extraordinary craft of sauce-making, Plénitude is elegant, ambitious and unforgettable — a fitting final chapter to a journey that has taken us through some of the most exciting restaurants in Europe.

After dinner the tour concludes in Paris.
