I have been cooking now for over 24 years and now am lucky enough to be able to cook all over the world while working as a private chef in the super yacht industry. This also caries the advantage of giving me the opportunity to sample interesting and exciting food wherever I go. Dining out is a hobby and passion of mine and on this site I will share with you some of the places I have visited and also throw in some lighthearted tales of my travels.
